SPORTS ⚽πΈπ♀
I'm not very good at sports. But I played sports like volleyball and badminton at my first school. And I learned to swim from a young age. My brother taught me how to swim. And my dad took my brother and me to the pool every Sunday. Those days were so beautiful. But today I don't have time to play any games. Now We're all getting very busy.
I practiced not only swimming, but also volleyball and badminton. But I’m not as good at those two sports as I am at swimming.
Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. That sport is played both indoors and outdoors. And also this sport help improve our teamwork, Builds strength and jumping ability and Improves coordination and fitness. I also hope to start playing volleyball again in the future.
Badminton
Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. That sport is played both indoors and outdoors. This is a game played between two players. And also this sport help improve our speed and reflexes, enhance hand-eye coordination, and are also good for cardio.
I like all three of these sports because they help keep me active and happy in the past.
